Ordering

Ordering

What you buy and what happens the minute after.

What exactly am I buying?
A professionally written release of up to 500 words, publication across your package network of 320, 500, or 570 or more news sites, and a live report with every URL. Approval before publishing and an As seen on badge are included in all three packages.
How do Launch, Amplify, and Headline differ?
By reach and flagships. Launch at $149 reaches 320 or more sites with regional titles, network affiliates, and Digital Journal. Amplify at $299 reaches 500 or more, adding AP News, Business Insider, Benzinga, StreetInsider, Barchart, Digital Journal, and GroundNews. Headline at $649 reaches 570 or more, adding Yahoo News, Nasdaq, Bloomberg, MarketWatch, MSN, Dow Jones, and The Globe and Mail.
Are there extra fees for writing?
No. Writing is included in every package, up to 500 words with 3 links to your site. Many services charge separately for that work. The price on the card is the price for the written, published, proven release.
How fast will my story be live?
Your draft arrives within 2 business days of your brief. After you approve the words, publication completes within 3 to 5 business days. Headline orders carry priority turnaround through both stages.

Writing

Writing

Who writes, who approves, who decides.

Who writes my release?
Our in-house team writes from your brief: announcement, facts, numbers, quotes, and the 3 links you supply. The result reads like a newsroom piece, structured for search engines and AI assistants to quote cleanly.
Do I approve the draft before it publishes?
Yes, always. Publishing starts only after your sign-off. Request edits until the tone and facts sound like you, then approve the locked text that ships to the network.
Can I supply my own text?
Yes. Send your draft with the brief and the team edits it to newsroom standard before approval. The included writing covers the edit either way, so the price stays the same.
What makes a release strong?
Concrete facts: dates, numbers with sources, named people, a real quote, and one clear reason the news matters now. Vague superlatives slow a story down. Our blog shows twelve angles most small businesses already have.

Publishing

Publishing

Where your story lands and what live means.

What does published on 500 or more news sites mean?
It means your approved release appears as a dated page on each participating site in your package network, with your headline, body, and links. Your report lists every live URL, so the count is pages you can open, not an audience estimate.
Are ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX the national broadcasts?
They are regional network affiliates: local news sites carrying those network brands. We label them that way on every page. Your report shows the exact affiliate pages your story appeared on.
Which outlets come with my package?
Launch names regional and vertical titles, network affiliates, and Digital Journal. Amplify adds AP News, Business Insider, Benzinga, StreetInsider, Barchart, Digital Journal, and GroundNews. Headline adds Yahoo News, Nasdaq, Bloomberg, MarketWatch, MSN, Dow Jones, and The Globe and Mail.
What does live mean for my links?
Live means a real, dated page on a real news site carrying your release and your 3 links. Your report shows each one with its URL and publish date, refreshed hourly during rollout.

Reporting

Reporting

Proof you can forward, embed, and screenshot.

What does the placement report show?
Every outlet, every live URL, and every publish date, refreshed hourly while your campaign ships. The count tracks toward your package minimum in plain sight, and a public shareable page lets anyone check the proof.
How does the As seen on badge work?
The badge shows only outlets that published your story. Paste one snippet on your site and it displays their logos, linked to your public report page so visitors can verify the coverage themselves.
Can my agency white-label the report?
Yes, on Headline. The white-label report carries your agency branding, so it forwards to clients as your own proof of delivery. Agencies choose this tier for exactly that reason.
Will my story appear in Google and AI answers?
Your release is structured for discovery: clear headlines, concrete numbers, dated pages across the network. That is the material search engines index and AI assistants quote first, and many customers see their pages surface within days.

Refunds

Refunds

The promise, in the same words as the price cards.

What is the minimum-count promise?
Each package states a minimum outlet count: 320, 500, or 570. If your campaign closes below that count, you get every dollar back. The number sits in your card and your order, so it is never ambiguous.
What if you introduce an error in my release?
A typo, wrong link, or formatting fault we introduce earns a free republish, and your report updates with the corrected pages. Errors are fixed at our cost, without touching your minimum-count promise.
Can I get a refund before writing starts?
Yes, on request. Tell us before the team begins your draft and we return your payment in full. Once publishing begins, the minimum-count promise and the free-republish promise cover your order.
How do I claim under the promise?
Write to the support desk with your order or release reference. Count-shortfall claims return every dollar. Error claims trigger the free republish first, with the corrected pages added to your report.
