The terms
What we both agree to
Press Moose, registered in the United Kingdom at United Kingdom, provides these terms. Contact: [email protected].
You order a written release, publication across the stated package network, and a live placement report. You supply accurate facts and confirm you hold the rights to names, images, and claims in your brief. We write a release of up to 500 words with 3 links, deliver a draft within 2 business days of your brief, and publish within 3 to 5 business days of your approval. Nothing publishes without your sign-off, and the approved text is the locked text. Reports refresh hourly during rollout and remain available with a public shareable page. Payments are one-time per order. Refunds follow the refund policy: minimum outlet count or full refund, free republish for any error we introduce, and refunds before writing starts on request. Either side may cancel before writing starts. After publishing begins, the refund policy is the remedy. We may decline briefs that are unlawful, misleading, or outside accepted topics, with a full refund where payment was taken.

- You do, once paid for. We may show your published placements and public report page as examples of our work.
- What law applies?
- The laws of England and Wales. Disputes go first to good-faith discussion with our support desk.
