The agreement
What we both agree to

You order a written release, publication across the stated package network, and a live placement report. You supply accurate facts and confirm you hold the rights to names, images, and claims in your brief.
Delivery
Writing, approval, and publishing
We write a release of up to 800 words with 3 links, deliver a draft within 2 business days of your brief, and publish within 3 to 5 business days of your approval. Publishing starts with your sign-off, and the approved text is the locked text. Reports refresh hourly during rollout and remain available with a public shareable page.
Placement
Editorial discretion
What you buy is distribution to your package's network and a live placement report. Publication on any named outlet is each publisher's decision, so no single site is guaranteed. Outlet counts are what releases on that package typically reach.
Payments
Payment, refunds, and cancellation
Payments are one-time per order and are taken by Rhino Rank LTD. Refunds follow the refund policy: full refund before writing starts on request, free republish for any error we introduce, and full refund where we decline a brief after payment. Either side may cancel before writing starts. After publishing begins, the refund policy is the remedy.

We may decline briefs that are unlawful, misleading, or outside accepted topics, with a full refund where payment was taken.

- You do, once paid for. We may show your published placements and public report page as examples of our work.
- What law applies?
- The laws of England and Wales. Disputes go first to good-faith discussion with our support desk.

Refused categories
The newswire refuses gambling and betting; adult content; cannabis, THC and kratom; alcohol, tobacco and vaping; firearms and weapons; high-risk finance; miracle health products; and political or religious campaigning, hateful content, lawsuit commentary, pirated software, psychics and deepfake AI. CBD and hemp, and crypto on Launch and Amplify, are reviewed case by case. Headline accepts no blockchain or financial-services releases, and the issuer's identity is verified before distribution. At checkout you confirm that your website and announcement sit outside these categories. If a release turns out to be in one, we close it and refund that release as the refund policy describes.
- Gambling and betting
- Casinos, sportsbooks, iGaming, lotteries, betting tips or odds.
- Adult and sexual content
- Escorts, prostitution, porn, sex toys, any sexual service or product.
- Cannabis, THC and kratom
- Psychoactive or euphoric drugs such as THC, marijuana and kratom, including dispensaries and edibles.
- Alcohol, tobacco and vaping
- Drinks brands, breweries, distilleries, e-cigarettes, vapes and related products.
- Firearms and weapons
- Firearms, ammunition, armoury and weaponry.
- High-risk finance
- Payday or short-term loans, get-rich or pyramid schemes, trading products sold with profit claims, stock-market commentary. Financial services of any kind are refused on the Headline package.
- Miracle health products
- "Alternative" weight-loss products (green coffee, raspberry ketones, HCG, garcinia) and affiliate promotion of health supplements. Supplement news is accepted only from the company itself.
- Other refused topics
- Political or religious campaigning, hateful content, commentary on lawsuits, device jailbreaking and pirated software, psychics, tarot and UFOs, deepfake AI.
Reviewed case by case
- CBD and hemp
- Non-euphoric and legal only. The newswire asks for a licence to operate and decides case by case.
- Crypto and blockchain
- Project news is fine on Launch and Amplify. Refused when the wording is about ROI, token rewards, airdrops, play-to-earn, cloud mining or "earn crypto". Not accepted at all on the Headline package.
The Headline package runs on the newswire's widest circuit: no blockchain or financial-services releases at all, and the issuer's identity is verified before distribution.
