We collect order details such as name, email, and billing information to take payment and deliver your campaign. We collect brief and approval content such as facts, quotes, links, and images to write and publish your release. We collect report and support records such as placement URLs and correspondence to prove delivery and help when you write in. Published releases, placement pages, and public shareable report pages are public by design, since publication is the service.
How we use it
Use, retention, and email
We use data only to deliver orders, operate reports and badges, prevent misuse, meet legal duties, and send the transactional and automation emails tied to your order. We keep order and report records while your account lives and as tax and company law requires, then remove or anonymise them. Marketing emails carry an opt-out, and transactional emails about your live order continue while it runs.
Your rights
Access, correction, and deletion
You may ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict some uses, by writing to [email protected]. Where deletion would erase proof tied to a live refund promise, we keep the minimum needed and tell you so.
