- Minimum outlet count or full refund
- Each package states a minimum outlet count: Launch 320, Amplify 500, Headline 570. If your finished campaign sits below your package minimum, you get every dollar back.
- Free republish for our error
- A typo, wrong link, or formatting fault we introduce earns a free republish at our cost, with corrected pages added to your report.
- Refunds before writing starts, on request
- Ask before the team begins your draft and we refund you in full. Once writing or publishing has started, the two promises above are your cover.
How it works
Claiming is one email
Write to [email protected] with your order or release reference and the promise you are claiming under.
Count claims are checked against your live placement report and refunded in full where the minimum is missed. Error claims trigger the free republish first. Refunds return to the original payment method within standard card timelines. Orders cancelled before writing starts are refunded in full on request.
